At ZentroX, orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We ship across Pakistan using trusted courier services. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Orders to remote areas may require additional time. Delays caused by weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details may be outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared when available. Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are correct. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at onlinework77472@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist you.
